Armenia Development Finance Assessment
This Development Finance Assessment (DFA) was carried out within the framework of the joint UNDP, UNICEF and WFP Project “Making Finance work for transformative change in Armenia: UN-locking Finance for Armenia 2030” The assessment was carried out by a team of consultants led by Nelson Stratta (International Consultant), and based on field research carried out by national consultants Vahan Sirunyan (Public Finance), Elena Khachvankyan (Public Finance and PPPs), Karine Harutyunyan (Planning and Budgeting) and Lilit Gharayan (Private Investment and Finance). The DFA technical team was supported and supervised by Ligia Ghazaryan (Joint Project Manager) and Tatevik Koloyan (Team leader, Innovation and SDG Finance portfolio, UNDP).
