The joint programme titled 'LEAP Albania - Lifelong Empowerment and Protection in Albania' aims to advance an inclusive and responsive social protection system in Albania by extending coverage, enhancing service quality for children and families, and boosting employability for marginalized groups through targeted employment and skills development initiatives.

Expected key results

Result 1: By the end of the joint programme, Albania will have an extended coverage and integrated social protection system with a focus on child benefits, family support, and enhanced quality and outreach of care services.

Result 2: By the end of JP, Albania will have increased employability and access to decent work opportunities for vulnerable groups, particularly women and youth, through targeted employment and skills development services.
