Only through sufficient, effective, and transparent investment in children and teenagers, a prosperous and equitable society is possible. The Government of Colombia and the UN are jointly working on designing strategies to optimize public spending and make feasible innovative financing mechanisms for children and teenagers in Colombia through Integrated National Financial Frameworks.
